A week since withdrawal and money still haven't reach my bank account

i've withdraw my money on the 17th of July and it's now 24th of July, over 5 business days have passed and i have yet to receive my money, even stranger thing, there was a non-existent account in my PayPal that has the other sets of 4 numbers on my card instead of the last 4, i accidentally withdraw money to it, is there any help to that?

If it fails to transfer then hopefully it should bounce back to your paypal balance.

If it doesn't then contact Paypal customer services for a trace?

@kernowlass i can't really contact paypal, can't dm them on twitter, can't contact customer support since there's barely anyone online, and the phone number in my country doesn't work
