$461 from stubhub reqires a tax id?

I just received a $461 payment from stubhub and they are telling me I need to add a tax id because it is over $400? what kind of scam are you trying to run here?

As you are so rude asking your question then I suggest you contact customer services for advice.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

They also took $381 from in January 2023 and still wont give back my money. I am not rude it is called being accurate to what they are doing to me. I have called them all they do is either lie or give me false information. I even showed them the evidence on my account from the prior year of their lies and then they say you should go with that and not what I say lol. about your number 2 option I never new it was random, just thought they were never online. number 3, when I send them a message they say the irs has not informed them of that update lol the irs does not call paypal and tell them hey we have some new laws we wanted to let you know about. number 4, I don't use facebook or twitter. fyi stealing is rude not complaining about it lol

If you think state and federal laws are a scam then suggest you take it up there as it clearly states the requirements on the Stubhub site.

they finally released my funds from that tax id hold. I just had to tell them what criminals they are via my attorney. when I call the 800 number the agents are mystified that the funds were released without adding my tax id info. I try to explain that the irs is the truth and paypal is lying to you. they collapsed like a house of cards. criminals always run from the light.
