I tried cashing my check and it keeps declining it saying code D34. I don't even know what the code means but I do wanna know why the payment was declined!! This is ridiculously retarded. Happens all the time and no one ever wants to fix the problem!! So if you could answer my question as soon as possible that would be great!
Did you ever find a solution? I am having this exact same issue and it's unbelievably frustrating because Paypal's customer service won't help me and I have very little time to cash my check, before it expires.
