1st timer, how to add money to your PayPal balance on site?

Hi everyone. I am new to PayPal. Biz account active, card linked. I am trying to top up the amount from zero to a $100 from the card. Help says go to "My wallet" on paypal site and "transfer money". This option is simply not there, what to do? Thanks.

The option to add funds to a paypal balance is not available in every country. However you never need funds in your Paypal account balance as a buyer.

When you purchase an item then Paypal credit the seller for you, this is so there is no delay in the despatch of your item. Paypal will then take the wait for the funds to automatically transfer to reimburse them from your linked funding source.

If you are a seller you will get funds into your balance when someone pays you, then you can spend from that balance or withdraw them to any linked or confirmed bank account or card eligible in your country.
