$19.95 is reduced from my Paypal account wrongly without my authorization automatically so i want it back and i also tried contacting the Paypal agents but no one is available i dont know what to do Transaction Enquiry
Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem link bottom of that details page. Select the correct option to continue.
But firstly check its not a subscription >>>
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
