When I try to send money to somebody it does not show any of my linked credit cards. So I click "link a payment method" and link my credit card again, but it says "We added your new payment method, but can’t use it right now. To continue, choose or add another way to pay."

Same issue. Is there really no solution to this problem? Looks like people have been posting about it for over a year.

I had this issue but was able to resolve it by removing my other credit cards linked to my account, adding the one I wanted to use and using it at preferred payment method.
