Hello, I've been trying to withdrawal a $40 payment from my PayPal account but when I try to I'm faced with "Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction." I need this money soon, please help.
I've been using this account for about a year now and have made probably over 50 transactions, receiving and sending, and I've never gotten this error before. Please help whoever is reading this
