Please help have just received a message that my supplier has not received money sent on 12th November 2021 transaction number 7K1006809L511353E

Hello @brianmaps , I understand that your merchant has not received the funds. There may be many reasons as to why the funds are on hold and probable reasons.  If you have received the order and satisfied you can confirm the receipt (Not all purchases require this).
