it have been more then 30 days but i did not get my refund money into my bank account,

it have been more then 1 months but my refund money i did not get into my bank account, i am not getting help from anywhere, and its show fund is credit, but its not, i did not, Please help me @PayPal_Jo

Welcome to PayPal community! I understand your concern regarding refund not reflecting on your account. Refunds are directly initiated to original funding source. If you used a bank, it will appear in your bank account, and if you used a card, it will appear in your card account. You can learn more about refund here. If you still dint receive the funds, In this type of situation, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
