Your payment's waiting

"Before we can deposit the money into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Center. Please provide the missing info by March 16, 2022, or the money will be returned to the sender." I got this sent to my email when I received a payment but I can't find a solution. My payment doesn't show in my recent activity either, can anyone help?

You have a U.S paypal account, can you confirm you do live in the U.S?

Have you checked the resolution centre to upload any requested information paypal has asked for?

I got the same email for a payment I received and I cannot find the payment or any information on the resolution center.

I'm also getting same problem. Resolution center is empty. But got an email to complete pending information at resolution center to get pending money. What to do?

Thankx for reply. I have confirmed my email address. Mine is normal use account do i need to do KYC for that? Like business account?
