System down, over a week. Says - "something went wrong please try again later"

Been trying to transfer for over a week but the site is broken. Just says "something went wrong try again later"
No help from support, tho they did say they get back usually with 2 hours, been 2 days 🙂
Any help would be appreciated, thanks - Tony

I am sorry to hear you are having issues making a transfer. I know this must be frustrating. It sounds like you may be experiencing an issue with our internal secuirty system when trying to make your transfer.
I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, or try again using an alternative browser. Sometimes the system just needs time to reset.
