Is there a setting where we can stop Paypal using our Paypal Balance to take funds? I have already set our preference for online payments to be taken directly from our Bank Account but on a recent transaction I can see that some of the funds were taken from our bank account but some were taken from our Paypal Balance, even when we've asked it not to do this. Just hoping there is a setting or function to tell it to never touch the Paypal balance basically!
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
