Sent two transfers to bank, the oldest/biggest one isn't there

I sent a transfer to my bank Friday evening after business hours, and I sent a smaller transfer last night to my bank. The transfer from last night is in there but the other one isn't. For both transfers I used the normal (not instant) transfer as my credit union doesn't support instant transfer.

Hoping this will work out, my bank told me to talk to paypal and paypal will probably tell me to talk to my bank.

Yes, hopefully it's just a weird delay. My bank is asking for a 15 digit tracer number to figure it out on their end.
