The buyer wants to return the products and I will give a full refund. But I sent the products from another country (UK), not the country I was in. Can I specify a non-UK address as a return address?

That's a great question. You can request an international return!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
