Refund not received

There were 2 unauthorized payments made on my account. I filed a report and was refunded by Paypal. Both refund transactions are shown as "Completed" on the site. However, my debit card only received ONE of the refunds instead of two. I called my bank and they said something about the transactions and I should contact Paypal with the Authorization Code so that I can receive the money. I have never heard about "Authorization Code" and was really confused. I don't live in an English-speaking country, so I don't know if there is any difference.

 

I really hope I can find some answers to my problem. Thank you so much.

Issued refunds to cards take a week, up to 30 days.
