Problems claiming payment from company

I have a problem with claiming my payment recieved from company I worked for. I claimed it first time and wrote confirmed payment but when I log to my pay pal account the balance is 0.00. When I tried to claim the second time it says there's an error...what does this mean , i want to transfer this money to my bank account. Thank you I will appreciate Assistant.
