Paypal transaction without any confirmation and payment pending.

Hello. I made an order to a trustworthy site and used the Paypal account to pay. No verification sms was sent by Paypal to my phone (as it always happens), the transaction looked as if it took place within seconds but the payment status remains "pending" for more than half an hour. No confirmantion e-mail was sent by the company (although there is a number of the transaction). My bank account shows nothing occured. I want to complete the order and procede to the payment, what should I do?

Ignore this horrible troll @vivienbeauchamp  that has hijacked your thread.

If it is showing as pending IN your paypal account then normally if not processed by the merchant it may drop off at any time up to 30 days post payment.

In fact, in my Paypal account there seems to be nothing, as if this transaction never occured. Not even pending.

I guess I'll have to cancel it and retry.
