Payment is ON HOLD about five days.

Hello,
I have recently opened a PayPal Business Account.

On 10 February, 2022, I sold a virtual good to someone. I received the payment on the same day, but PayPal Shows 'ON HOLD'. I doing everything correctly as suggested in help section. Below is the procedures,
(i) Get your Funds -> Checked(Service or virtual product); Clicked(Confirm order status) : No Problem.
(ii) Confirm order status -> Checked (Order status= Completed) : No Problem.
(iii) Service completion date -> Checked(10 February, 2022) and Clicked Submit : Problem(We're experiencing technical difficulties;
We're sorry for the inconvenience.).

After going to activity I saw payment from person noted as Shipped. Still I did not get money PayPal Balance.
