TRANSACTION FAILED ON OTHER END STILL PENDING ON PAYPAL. Money has been deducted from my paypal but has failed on the other end.

The Pending status will expire and drop off, releasing the money. Takes up to 30 days to do so.

Can I do anything to get my money sooner? Do I have to wait 30 days? The transaction has failed on the other end which means its hanging around PayPal. Thanks for the reply

I contacted via message center on the app. The seller did not process my order hence payment was declined. Is there another option to cancel the authorization apart from waiting for 30 days like PayPal advised?
