Hello I’m having a issue understanding how PayPal and refunds work, my girlfriend sent me money, i refunded her 60 and 20 dollars separately she sent back 80, i never accepted the amount and some how i over drafted her bank account, i don’t know how i did
When you cancel a payment or refund it, its not instant and those funds can't do a u-turn > they have to process through to paypal who will as the transaction was cancelled return them to the bank account but that takes a few days and sometimes up to a week.
