Metrobank Debit link to Paypal

I would just like to clarify on some matters pertaining the Metrobank account linking to Paypal.

There have been some posts stating that one CANNOT link their Metrobank accounts to Paypal, such as this:

And those that CAN link their Metrobank accounts to Paypal, such as this:

Hence, I would just like to know if I really CAN link my Metrobank account to my Paypal account and TRANSFER FROM the Metrobank account INTO my Paypal?

I'm having some issues withdrawing my paypal funds to my metrobank debit mastercard, already had 2 failed attempt. huhu

If I may ask, what was the bank name you used for your metrobank mastercard debit, is it just plain "metrobank" using this routing #026002846??

That's correct. There are only 13 digits, but there's one line on top of the account name that has 16 digits. Which one should be linked to Paypal?
