Is there any way to get payment on-hold more sooner after adding tracking info?

Hi. I'm a user from Indonesia and as you might already know that my country just blocked Paypal, Steam, Epicgames, etc.
But now, my country unblocked Paypal for only 5 days starting today till 4 Aug. 
The problem is I got a payment today that is on-hold. I added the tracking info and Paypal says my money will be available by 6 Aug.
So, is there any way to get my money sooner than that?

Well, the tracking has to show delivery in order for the system to release funds. You’ll need to contact customer service in your situation:

Scroll down to click “Call Us” option on the bottom.
