I withdraw money on the wrong Visa Debit Card which will not accept USD (its Binance Visa debit EUR card)
I contact their support and they say to me:
"If you try to send funds from third-party platforms like PayPal or a bank account, your funds may be returned or locked, and Binance won’t be able to assist you."
Now I have a question: will be my money be refounded and when?
I tried reach live support bot say to me:
"I'm sorry, but no Customer Support Agents are available at the moment. Please try again later or browse the PayPal Help Center for answers to frequently asked questions."

I understand that you're worried about the withdrawal from the account. Please be informed that if there are any issues with the transfer, the transaction will automatically get reversed to your PayPal balance. In this case, please check the status of the transaction on the activity page. If the status of your withdrawal is 'Completed', this means it has been completed through our system. If you are unable to locate the deposit on your card, we can trace your withdrawal for you after 14 days. You can reach out to our customer support through the available contact options on our website. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
