I've made a payment as a guest, and I have not received an email.

Hello, I've made a payment with my card as a guest, I was apparently supposed to receive a receipt, but did not! I've registered a PayPal account with the same card, and the transaction did not appear. What do I do?

You should receive a receipt after a purchase using PayPal, this is regardless of if it was a guest account or not. I would kindly ask you to contact our customer service team to review this transaction and ensure it was completed via PayPal.
