I moved money from paypal to my bank, it's still not there after 3 days

As stated in the title, it's been 3 buisness days since the transfer was completed, I haven't heard from my bank or paypal. Customer support told me to contact my bank, my bank said to contact paypal. The transfer says "Complete", where is my money???
