I'm still having the same issue. When I tell it to send me a text for quick verification, it says "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it was you." So then I click on 'Try another way' and it takes me back to my only option of requesting a text message; only for the same thing to happen again. Then at that time, no other options are available. I tried using the PayPal website rather than the app. I tried sending money through the website. Nothing worked. It does not give me any other options at all.
