I bought something and now my payment is on hold. (HELP!)

I've bought a 10$ bitcoin voucher from VGO-SHOP and It's been 2 days and I've still not received the voucher. When I check the payment on PayPal it says it's on pending. I checked their site (https://www.vgo-shop.com/en) and I saw a section called "I have already paid the money via PayPal - why haven’t I received the goods so far?". In there it says : "

PayPal occasionally execute random checks on payments and as a result, the money is withheld and not credited to us. Therefore, we must wait for the release of PayPal until we can ship the goods. It may be helpful for the customer to contact PayPal and ask for the payment to be released." Where can I contact PayPal and is there any way to accept the payment or something? I need help, ASAP, please!

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Do you know when live chat is available or is it actually random?

Sorry I don't know when live chat is available on paypal in everyone of the 200 countries worldwide.

One more thing before I close this, how long (estimate) does it take for PayPal to manually verify my payment?
