Thank you for your posts! I wanted to offer a little more information.

I would suggest reviewing the Acceptable Use Policy to determine the allowability, and the Seller Protection Policy, which is outlined within the User Agreement, to determine coverage and risk. The Acceptable Use Policy and the User Agreement can both be found by clicking Legal at the bottom of the PayPal website.
