Funds on hold. Received money from family member.

Hi! I converted my account from personal to business a few months ago thinking I will be setting up an online store but I really haven't gotten to set that up and forgot about it. Recently, a family member sent money to my PayPal account which is now on hold. I can't find answers online as to how I will be able  to expedite the hold process as I need the money as soon as possible. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear the money you received is on hold. Some payments are held to ensure that the buying and selling process is completed correctly. If you want to release the funds sooner, you can provide a tracking number, this way we can verify that the item was delivered to the correct address.
