Cant transfer to my account despite everything is correct

My account was restricted, I cant transfer fund to my bank account in the last 6 months. But the restriction is removed now. I tried to withdraw money by transferring to my bank account but it is showing me there is problem as shown in the screenshot below despite updating my information.

Would help if you said which country you are in?

I live in Saudi Arabia but I am currently in Nigeria for holidays

Paypal is country specific so paypal advise you do not try to access or use your paypal account in another country.

Also in Nigeria paypal is not supported for receiving or withdrawing funds so you may hit an issue trying to do so.
