Cannot transfer money to debit cart

Tried today to transfer funds to my linked debit card and I got a message that said: "No enough information, please contact customer service". What the hell is this cryptic message for? and where I spent 20 minutes navigating "Help" trying to find a way to contact the actual customer service only to be pointed to the community forum. How can a multi-billion dollar company like Paypal NOT be able to afford a 24/7 call center, let alone a contact form!

As you don't appear to want the communities help then here are your options.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

PayPal has 24 hr cust service just Google the phone number I've never waited over 20 mins get live help

Never google paypals number, always use the one on their own website.

Scammers input fake numbers into google to try and scam you thinking you are calling paypal customer services when its scammers.

That is also why you can't post a phone number on this forum as scammers were trying to do it that way for a while on here ie posting fake customer services number in their replies.
