I just sent money to a friend due to an emergency, and I need to send more as I accidentally typed in the incorrect amount - when making another transaction, I am getting this error:

 

Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.

If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service.

 

Customer service is not available now so I am reaching out to the community to see if there are any alternatives to fix this issue as this is very time sensitive...

I understand that you are facing an issue while making the payment with PayPal. We would like to inform you that if there is any limitation placed under your account, there might be chances you will face issues while making the payment, we suggest you have a check-in your resolution center, and if there is any active limitation, if yes then click link and check how to resolve the account limitation. 

 

If there is no limitation placed, then there might be a technical glitch, In this case, you can clear the caches/cookies and try to make payment after a few hours, so the blockage will get lifted and the payment will go through.
