An error while sending money from Israel to Ireland: Your account is not supported for this action.

I know this question was asked million times, but I failed to find a solution.

I (as a person, not business) try to send money from Israel to Ireland to another person (not business). But every time I do so, I get an error: “Your account is not supported for this action.”

My friend tried to send money to the same person but received the same error (he’s from Israel, too).

I haven’t had such problems for years, though before, I mainly sent money to online stores. What’s wrong? I have all my details updated (address, mail, phone, etc.)

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while sending money and I know this can be concerning. Please be informed that you can only make payment as goods and services for the purchases. Unfortunately, at this time the option send and receive friend and family options service is not offered in your country. PayPal is constantly looking for ways to expand our product and service available globally.
