My problem is the same as in the title. I linked my paypal to payhip but the next day payhip gave me that problem "According to PayPal, your account isn't able to receive payments." When i log into my paypal there seems nothing wrong.

I actually used to live in the US but currently am in the UK so I made my paypal account based in UK
Did you verify your PayPal account? Is your PayPal email address for the new account confirmed?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
