About Payment Receiving

I am unable to receive moNey from the merchants when any payment occurs I can see only in mail that you received the amount and tolds to me give us your missing details before that day otherwise your payment refunded to sender I am unable to understand which missing information it wants.... I received two transactions and confirmed by the email but not in my PayPal account....
