Paypal shows the error you cannot complete this transaction at this time while withdrawing my funds to my card, can anyone help me with this?

Are you trying to withdraw to a debit or a credit card?

There have been glitches with debit card transfers so you 'may' have to withdraw to your bank account instead.

But firstly have you confirmed that debit card with the 4 digit code etc and have you withdrawn funds using it before?
