I am a freelancer and work online to earn money actually i am a software engineer and for online transaction of money i have to face many problems many clients leave for online payment method i am a pakistani and i request you to lanched paypal in pakistan so many freelancers of pakistan may use paypal for easy and fast process of world wide transaction i request you to think about it. There has to be Pakistan government/banking agreements with PayPal and there isn't. You'll need to find another payment processor such as a credit card merchant account. You can't use PayPal under a different country if you are based in another country that PayPal do not service.

Do web search for "pakistan payment processors". You can accept Skrill.
