Payment from where? Ebay / Etsy / Private / website / refund / etc etc.

Also payments are made to your paypal balance and then you withdraw them to any linked bank account.

Was it an international transaction, was another currency involved?

Was it from a friend?

Are you sure it wasn't a scam?
