I clicked on LEGAL as per an email. You have to be NY lawyer to educate yourself on all that. It'd take days to read it all and understand it all. They should have briefed it down to just what was changed ( I hope all I saw there wasn't new change ) so most of us could understand. I am sincerely a little wary of using PayPal now because there is so much it seems that one can do wrong. It's a little insane. It took them months to hash out as lawyers and we're supposed to read and understand it all.
I might have to drop Paypal and go back to the old way of paying purchases. smh
