Unused 'Store Cash' offers for donation to charity

Dear Pay Pal:

I presently do not have a need to use or redeem the Bear River Converters Store Cash offer.  Instead I request , if possible, that the Store Cash offer be donated to the Salvation Army, AMVET, or St. Jude’s Children's Hospital & Research Center.  Please let me know if this is possible.  

As an aside, wouldn’t this be a terrific campaign promotion for PayPal?
