Here in Africa, credit and debit cards are not common. So using PayPal is kind of challenging.
So my suggestion or opinion which may serve as a solution to this problem is that the PayPal Corp should try to make arrangements which can help Africans and other world wide PayPal users by linking the PayPal account to mobile monetary apps.
For example in west, central and south africa where the ISP “MTN” is used for monetary transactions called MTN Mobile Money (MOMO) or the French company ORANGE with monetary service Orange Money.
With this improvement, PayPal will be a better financial corporation.
