Suggestion for service improvision

Dear Manager,

 

Good day.

 

I requested a refund on a product not as described or advertized, with a 60 days guaranty of money back shall not satisfied. I have provided everything in the first email. But I guess, besides the first person who read it and granted the refund, others have not. The case changes hands with each reply. The others do not know the case number before they reply. One requested me to return item shall have (informed there is none, digital log in) and another, to provide further info if any (informed there is none)!. I request your immediate attention into the competency of your staff ( Dana, Nadeem, Jesseka, Kopal) and hope to have a better attentive personnel assigned to solve one issue completely each time and stick to the initial letter of granted refund.
