Please stop calling my phone at 3:30 in the @#$%@#$% morning,  My family is trying to sleep.  If you need to speak with me, do it during business hours US CDT.

I'm sorry to hear that you're receiving phone calls outside of regular calling hours. Are you certain that the calls are legitimately coming from PayPal? You may wish to contact customer service to allow a representative to check to see if any calls have been placed to you. If none have, it is likely that the calls you are receiving are from fraudsters pretending to be PayPal. If the calls are coming from PayPal, a representative can make sure that doesn't ever happen again.
