Hi, Mongolia is Send only country in Paypal as long as i know. I’ve been waiting more than 10 years for it to have Receive status. There is lots of regulation has changed since Paypal’s last auditing in Mongolian policy. Payoneer is already implemented both ways transaction and its doing well. And you know, even Kazakhstan has became Receiving country but not us. We can lobby or send petition to goverment officials to change or revise their regulations/policy that those conflicting with Paypal’s requirement. Please take this issue serious as possible. I will also send physical mail to your legal department to consider this request. Thank you.
