Phone service by a robot

I think it is funny that YOU have to assure 'paypal' that YOU are not a robot when they clearly ARE. I tried calling paypal 3 times this morning to find out why I couldn't transfer funds from my account for a payment.

The 'robot' on the other end of the phone couldn't hear me or see my typed responses AT ALL. Infuriating. When I was able to chat with a person (I hope) I was able to resolve the issue, but there was no explanation of the 'fees'...which were excessive when you understand that you can use apps that charge almost zero to take payments.

Anyone else have this experience?

Sheesh, "I am not a robot" at the bottom of the page. Funny.
