Hi. I am trying to complete a payment to an individual for a tool which I wish to buy advertised in a group in Facebook. I have sent the money for the item, and it has been debited from my bank account , but the payment has not yet been shown in the sellers PayPal account and my pay Pal account shows the payment as pending. Can anybody advise me on what is happening. Thanks.
