Paypal don't have simple help with "Security tab" and when you select random its tooooo many stupid fields {KEEP it SIMPLE STUPID !!!!!!}
To get security email address is impossible so its faster to post it in community - plus is not options to create hidden topis only for administrators
type in google:

Solution:

Disallow: /myaccount/settings/marketing-preferences?ID=*
And now i have to spend 10 minutes solve this stupid Google captcha LOL
