PayPal stole my money!

So I bought my friends plane ticket and he payed me back through PayPal...the total was $650 and was added to my account. When I went to transfer the money from my PayPal account to my bank account it was lost. I called my bank and they said they don't have a trace of it. I called PayPal and they said they cant do anything about it. DO NOT USE PAYPAL...they stole my money!

If its marked as completed then double check the bank you sent the funds to and make sure the account numbers were correct.

It has not been marked as completed. The supervisor on the phone told me it looks like the money just vanished
