(1670068) I worked with Thomas today regarding a payment dispute from a customer who is allegedly known for scamming service businesses like mine. Thomas immediately reviewed and resolved the case in my favor, using PayPal's wonderful new protections for service providers that did not use to be in place 7 years ago. Thomas was SO SWEET and helpful! He was genuinely in the emotional trenches with me, making me feel heard and "held". As far as I'm concerned now, Thomas is "family"! 🙂 PayPal, give this guy a raise and an extra week of paid vacation!
