I was really surprised at this info. PayPal now accepts adult sites.

Well that thread was dated 2015 !!
Paypal have never NOT accepted those sites, if you read their acceptable use policy they only disallow....
(g) items that are considered obscene
(i) certain sexually oriented materials or services
Even in 2018 WankzVR and many other adult sites are using Paypal.
I reported WankzVR on Nov 28, 2018, but they are still using PayPal.
Keep watching. They will never stop using PayPal because PayPal secretly permits it.
PayPal must provide its official explanation about this.
